The Story of Glaucoma - Narrative and Numbers

You’re invited to our second Live Q&A this World Glaucoma Week!

Topic: The Story of Glaucoma - Narrative and Numbers

Date: Wednesday 11th March

Time: 07:00 PM AEDT

Glaucoma, more than many other eye diseases, can be seen as a set of numbers: such as eye pressure, nerve thickness, and visual fields. All these can be reduced to a set of numbers, but all need to be seen in context.

It is the narrative of glaucoma, the story in that patient and that eye, that is important. We need the numbers, but we need the narrative as well.

During this Live Q&A, Professor Coote will discuss how to blend these two approaches and how to understand the numbers in context.
